Our Meowy Janes Catnip Essential Oil is an incredibly potent form of catnip! We steam distill pure organic catnip so that we are left with only the pure Nepetalactone compound (the part of catnip that makes it irresistible to cats) contained in the flowers, leaves, and stems of the plant. Nepetalactone naturally makes up a very small percentage of catnip thus each bottle is the equivalent to a pound of more of the fresh plant.
Each vial contains 15 ml ( 0.5 fl oz) of essential oil. A very little bit goes a long way and it MUST be diluted before use. A few drops can be added to water in a spray bottle or another carrier like coconut oil to make a catnip spray or a bubble solution to make catnip bubbles.
It can be spread on toys, kickers, or anywhere else you want to encourage play!
